What do u mean? Someone refers you to a job and he shouldn't be entitled or what? It's a formality of course, however it's something one can always ask the reference. If they accept fine, if they don't good luck. Remember only Jesus gives a handout for free.

I really hate the “give me my cut” attitude of Nigerians. Can’t you just recommend someone for a job and keep it moving? Why must you demand they compensate you for your referrals?
