New website launched 🚀 The project included branding, UI design, custom animations, website design, and Webflow development. Spectacles work with enterprise clients like Spotify, Miro, Canva, On, Drizly, CarGurus hence it was important to keep it clean and professional.

Webflow developer for a full-time role for $700/month? They require 6h/day, which is about 120 hours a month. $700/120 = $5.8/h I understand there are developing countries where minimal salaries are low, but honestly, is it even possible to find a "skilled Webflow" developer…

Plan for this week: - launch new landing page (finish graphics + Webflow dev) - launch redesign homepage for old client - continue working on 2 retainers - maybe try to find a new quick project on Upwork Looks like a busy week ahead!

I'm looking for a website designer with either illustration skills or UI design skills (or both). I'm working exclusively in Figma. Knowledge of Webflow is also welcome, but not necessary.

Designing a pitch deck feels a lot like crafting a website - just broken into slides instead of sections. You still need that narrative arc: hook → benefits → features → social proof → team → clear next step. The difference? Slides let you control pacing even more. Each…

So, how’s Figma hygiene these days? Are you naming frames, living that Auto Layout life, and corralling layers into tidy frames - or is “Frame 42 (copy)” still a thing? 😅

Scrolling through inspiration is easy - starting from scratch is the real challenge. When I’m stuck, I turn to: @awwwards @godlywebsite @landbookgallery @mobbin @dribbble Not to copy - just to spark something. Then it’s back to the blank canvas, where the real work begins.

Client feedback isn’t a to-do list - it’s a conversation. The goal isn’t to say “yes” to everything, but to understand the why behind each comment. That’s where the real design improvements happen.

I hate Mondays... 😞 Not every Monday starts with a burst of creativity. Some start with coffee, blank Figma files, and staring into the void. And that’s okay. Design isn’t about constant inspiration - it’s about showing up, exploring, tweaking, and slowly building momentum.…

What makes a design feel premium? It’s not more colors. Not more icons. Not more stuff. It’s space. Room to breathe. Clarity. Confidence. Whitespace isn’t laziness - it’s a design choice. It tells the user: “We know what matters here.” Less clutter, more focus.

Anyone else keep "designing" while sleeping after an intensive work day? 😅

A beautiful UI won’t save a confusing product. You can have the slickest visuals, perfect spacing, and pixel-perfect icons - but if the user doesn’t get what your product does in the first 10 seconds, they’re gone.
