Finally after a 6 month battle with @TSB. They have admitted liability to my money being stolen out of my account via Apple Pay. They tried everything possible to stop me having the money returned. Even fabricated a story that I was sill using the stolen device for transactions

I’ve been a victim of a crime and subsequently had my identity stolen to which a substantial amount of money has gone from my account. @TSB fraud and customer service team have been a nightmare. Stay away if you want piece of mind your money is safe when your phone gets stolen.
