@salesforce: We use it as our CRM. Our landing pages create leads. Sales-qualified leads are converted to opportunities, and afterwards, we use Salesforce CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) to create a quote (including the contract which is dynamically created based on what's quoted).

Our integration with @DocuSign allows our sales team to quickly send quotes for signature.

Once an opportunity is approved, the CPQ quote is converted into a contract and synced to @SageIntacct. Products and customers are synced between @salesforce and @SageIntacct, providing unified listings of both.

Our customer support team also uses @salesforce to manage their support cases via email, chat (we use @intercom ), and phone calls via @Zoom. All tools are integrated with @salesforce enhancing our team's productivity.

We also use @salesforce as our command & control tool to manage @kometsales behind the scenes. We can do this by leveraging the complex integrations handled via @Workato. For example, if we need to add licenses in @kometsales, we can enter the number in @salesforce.

Our invoices created in @SageIntacct are also available through @salesforce so our teams can quickly share them with our customers. We can view our customers' balances from @SageIntacct directly within @salesforce.

The users created by each of our customers in @kometsales sync to @salesforce, allowing our support team to quickly identify who's reaching out. This provides an enhanced customer support experience for our customers.

To harness the collective brain power of @kometsales we rely on the Chatter feature within @salesforce. This allows anyone to discuss anything over any object (account, contact, opportunity, quote, etc). Collaboration is key.

The contacts from @salesforce are automatically synced with @MarketingCloud, which allows us to mass-email our customers. Additional fields are also synced, providing the opportunity to send custom-tailored messages based on individual contact profiles.

By using @Formstack we can create all of our internal documents by merging templates with contact information such as team member contracts, addendums, certificates, etc. These automations save countless hours for our back office team.

When we create the quotes in @salesforce CPQ, we use hidden anchors on the document. These automatically set the placeholders for the fields in the document such as the customer name, email, title, date, etc. These anchors are then picked up by @DocuSign saving time.

@Formstack provides a powerful integration between any fields coming from @salesforce objects. We've set up an internal account with all of our team members as contacts to leverage their metadata to populate our contracts and documents.

The data from @salesforce is synced with @MarketingCloud. This tool creates powerful email journeys and emails with dynamic content. For example, an email can be sent, and the text can change depending on the value of a field in @salesforce. It's complex but highly flexible.

We're also moving some transactional emails from @kometsales into the @MarketingCloud, as we can fire these emails via an API call with the advantage of having a WYSIWYG to change emails and do more tests.
