I don’t think Purdue can change anything this season but the future has to return to the defensive roots and identity of this program. Purdue complains about physical play instead of matching it. That has to end.

Right now Purdue looks like a team that got off to a hot start because of all their returning pieces and now that everyone else has had 3 months of games to gel, Purdue is falling back.
Can't wait to see Purdue get the ball inside again to miss another close range shot. What a miserable 3 week stretch of basketball. Everything looks worse when you can't guard.
Everything Purdue does looks different when it is fast. Everything slow is a mess and leads to a miss.

I was in attendance in Mackey against Iowa State. This first 8 minutes is the worst I've seen Purdue look maybe since FDU. Good grief. Not the response you wanted to see.
