Do we regard the fact that Zoom makes it easy to hold meetings as a bug or feature? (An issue popped up late Wed on a committee that I chair. A few emails, a four-person Zoom yesterday afternoon, and, boom, decision made. A better process than audio and faster than in-person.)

Hey @ConsumerReports, for 50 years I've been a member and supporter. Each year, I am bombarded with repeated renewal requests. Never do these show me my far-off expiration date. That's misleading--and shameful for a consumer organization. Reason to leave you? Damn near!
