How long does it take @ANZ_AU to answer a phone call - 57 minutes wait so far or reply to a message (their so called easier way to contact us) - over one hour so far

My 15 year old niece turns up for a scheduled and confirmed job interview at @Coles in Charlestown- only to be told by reception that there is no interview & the position has already been filled. Shame on you @Coles for treating young people callously.

Sorry, that what I did was not enough; that I was not more persuasive; that my people took the land, the way of life and the children 💔💔💔

Thank you to the crew of AC35 @AirCanada great service, really friendly - one of my best ever flight experiences

FIFA World Cup has been wonderful but Australian crowds - please stop booing when decisions don’t go the Matildas way. You are being boorish

Just landed in Frankfurt flying @lufthansa 1083 great service thank you 😊

I wonder if @QuadeCooper will get Australian citizenship now @ausgov

I’m genuinely shocked that there are that many people stupid enough to protest and spread a virus that might kill them. My brain hurts. #COVID19nsw

Watching the @BLACKCAPS play @IndiaCrickeTeam in World Cup final. Wonderful to see the respect and sportsmanship each team show. How international cricket should be played

The power of presence, listening and being quiet is so important

How do healthcare leaders master empathy? It begins with the power of presence, which involves active listening (without distractions) and allowing a sufficient pause when asking questions. #Empathy #LeadershipTips forbes.com/sites/alainhun…

Great webinar by @TheFSMB and #IAMRA on the challenge of humanising medical regulation - such an important topic thank you

Great comment from Van Jones thank you

“It’s easier to be a parent this morning. It’s easier to be a dad. It’s easier to tell your kids character matters. It matters. Tell them the truth matters." Van Jones reacts after CNN projected Joe Biden as the winner of the presidential election. cnn.it/2Id1pmU

Can we stop calling NZ’s new cabinet “diverse” when it’s actually representative. There’s nothing “diverse” about being a woman or having ancestors that come from a place that isn’t England.

I think yesterday’s game was a much more accurate reflection of the two teams than last weekend - congratulations Wallabies

Wallabies beat the All Blacks. Biden beats Trump. I am not sure weekends come much better? #BledisloeCup #USElection2020

Well done

The grade you get in first year health sci doesn't predict what kind of doctor you will be. No one has a right to med school entry and we need a workforce that reflects our community. That means more Māori and Pasific doctors. #mirroronsociety
