This PHP version uses cURL version use SecureTransport (SSLv3) instead of OpenSSL. SSLv3 is dead back a few years ago. Poodle exploit
SecureTransport is Apple's macOS library and it uses TLS 1.2. You can check with howsmyssl.com/a/check and a call from PHP
