I think the best thing I can do for my future children is love myself, life, their mother, and all beings in harmony. What if our children witness their parents loving each other with full awareness and sacredness? I wonder how that would impact them in long-term.
Hot take: Stop being yourself. Consciously engineer your ideal self instead. Most of the time, we run on unconscious programs and habits. Until we make the unconscious conscious, our life doesn't truly begin. Otherwise, we think we know, but we don't.
