I don't know where the right forum is for this But we should absolutely be talking more about this as a society
Schools should be an environment to find and grow these passions rather than a place that pigeonholes students into classes and subjects they are not willing to invest their time and resources into. Teaching applicable skills to life is a close 2nd.
