This is exactly why, I never use someone's popularity, skill, status, attractiveness, etc. As an indicator of someone's value. They say nothing about who they are. I have and will always care about who a person is. That means everyone deserves a fair chance.
Popularity online does not mean someone is a good person. Popularity online is not guaranteed because you are a good person. There are bad people who are popular and great people who aren't well known and vice versa. Don't use popularity online as a way to see who is worth it.

I feel so called out. The fact I say this so often, but sometimes it means I think someone mentioned a good point and I want to thoroughly consider it.

CPTSD is going to try to convince you that your involuntary thoughts, feelings, & reactions "define" you-- but they don't. They are evidence of your conditioning-- no more, no less. We are defined by our thoughtful, values-congruent choices, not our unchosen reflexes.
Remember who was there for you when you were at your lowest and give back tenfold when you are back in action. I'm keeping tabs. I'm aware and trust and believe I am going to give back. I love giving and miss that side of myself. For now though, thank you for being there for me.
Most people don't see all of the times you gave people grace. Or the times you let people hurt you without doing anything. But they do remember the few times you stood up and said no. Those moments don't have to define us or how we see ourselves. Show the world the rest of you.
When you have been hurt by people's actions and you know what the consequences of that hurt are for you as a person, it is so difficult to sympathize with the ones who hurt you. Knowing that people can twist the purest of intentions doesn't make me want to sympathize at all. 1/4

People often tried to separate or minimize my autism from my identity, but it is a major part of who I am. They didn't realize that this behavior is exactly why I didn't feel safe around them. No one should have to hide who they are to make others comfortable. 🫂🩵🗣️ #autistic
Everything I have been struggling with for the past few years is primarily because I am autistic and disabled. Every single thing. The abuse, the response to my abuse, the ableism, the job loss and struggle to find one accessible to me, my struggle to socialize with people... 1/4
