Why Pannenberg for ecology and not Moltmann? Moltmann emphasizes divine immanence, so creation's existence now in God gives it meaning. Pannenberg emphasizes divine purpose to be realized eschatologically, so creation's groaning (Romans 8.22) now will be redeemed in the end.

I think this tree is more important than an immigrant. That doesn't mean I think the tree is imago dei and a human isn't. It's that as a matter of political prudence I'm choosing what saves the tree over foreigners every time.

I'm waiting for them to catch up to 20th century retrieval. Like "Pannenberg was actually our guy bc he took Providence seriously and told the libs to stop being ghey."

Reformed are so funny because everytime a new obscure theologian gets translated and is pushed by a few big accounts suddenly they're the best thing since slice bread and ofc the catholics were right, but like in a bad way.

A section of the old 🌲Twitter became Christian and post about that. Others stopped nature posting and just immigration post. Others crashed out. I remember it, I miss it, and I'm keeping it going idc.

The upside of Wizards of the Coast having to churn out so much product that they can't pass everything through quality control is that they accidentally make flavor texts that make Kithkin remigration respecters.

He just like me fr

Honestly we just need a chud who wants to bring back ash and chestnut trees, hanging with your bros at the Elk’s lodge, and taking your family to church. Accomplishes the same function as this without the lib stuff.

Birdwatching, falconry, etc, is an elite hobby. High IQ gatekeep. Linkola approved. Our Lord told us to look to the birds of the air. Anyone meme'ing on it as a boomer hobby needs to be ground to pulp for biomass.

This is a truth nuke. Tried reading his book and others have already done this critique (Lewis Mumford, Derrick Jensen, Catholic Land Movement, Jacques Ellul). The problem is that real Christian reflection on man and the environment in our spheres is limited (typically libs).

Paul Kingsnorth is still the bougie little enviroleftist he’s always been. Jetsetting to conferences around the world, feeding himself via Amazon & substack, while decrying technology. Talking about “rootedness” while being a Romanian Orthodox Englishman living in Ireland. His
