didn’t take meal pics today BUT day 2 angel diet i skipped breakfast lunch and dinner and instead had a protein smoothie and wonton soup + some choc covered almonds :) 700 cals
tbh the ed is working and it is not working at the same time 🤞🏽
Seeing slow weightloss when ppl on here are losing 10-20lbs a month is so disheartening and demotivating I feel like such a failure for losing so little💔
1st day of angel diet 𐙚 ‧₊˚ ⋅ tried breakfast lunch and dinner, i feel very full and think i will be okay with combining them into one meal tomorrow. overall feel very full and not having a choice helps me follow the plan :) 𐙚 ‧₊˚ ⋅ 1200cals total ♡ ♡ ♡

like i truly don’t believe im losing weight the way im trying to do it without damaging my body or life and relationships too much. it feels impossible to me that i will lose on 1.2k-1.5k despite the science and numbers
does anyone else slip back into ana every time they try to diet normally and feel like there is no other way
when ur in the middle of binging and gain consciousness
idk if this makes me brainwashed but i see my eating disorder more as a fitness and health journey. Because since i have started to loose weight my health (mentally n physically) has been sm better. Atp im unsure wether i have an ed or if im just a success story of weight loss
does anybody else just think "yeah i gotta get back into my ed" like its a hobby or something LMAO not even locking in i just gotta get back into it
i only like myself when i’m eating under 1k calories
