Thanks Pratish. Even the Fb page of @TataMotors has many disgruntled customers. So sad that despite the learnings & reputation (bad) of after sales service, @TataCompanies have not really geared up. Am sure @RNTata2000 will be a worried man.

Day 2 - That's my @tiagotatamotors car which refuses to run on roads. As @TataMotors is refusing to fix problems in my car, taking @Uber for work. Meanwhile, my family & neighbors laughed on me: "warned you not to buy a Tata" That's some morning for a Tata customer!
I echo the same thoughts as yours @bipinveng. What gets me is their pathetic and non-caring attitude towards even responding to customers, let alone addressing or resolving the problems in their cars! @TataMotors @tiagotatamotors @RNTata2000 @MayankPareek_ @TeamBHPforum
