my AM texted me to come in to help with a bunch of breakfast caterings this morning, the one day i dont have to open. Good thing i slept through them. @problems_panera @PaneraBProbs
@problems_panera had a lady call the store asking for group soup, in the middle of lunch, so it’s gonna be 45min bc we had a line to the door, she goes ‘okay so I have to come back?’ I’m thinking..what? She was in line.
This lady tries every week to give her two sides and today I grabbed the baguette back and she said it was against health code and she’s been coming there for 3 years and nobody’s ever done that but jokes on her it’s not and we’ve only been open for 1 year

side note: this same customers had me re-brew the coffee bc of grounds, & pitched a fit over us not having dark roast after 2:00 #shereallyneededcoffee
