Just over £120 received from @IncomeShares today @2147mill. That's more than double the previous month. The largest being £60 from $COII.L. I'll continue to add and grow my high yield income stream.
Surely @UKLabour @mtpennycook should be getting on delivering leasehold reforms without further delay. Particularly as many leaseholders are likely to be traditional Labour voters. An open goal and they're still not scoring.

Govt spox talks up action on leasehold - just not the bit that would make it cheaper for people to buy their freeholds! That 2024 Act policy just survived judicial review lawfare. Funny how ministers aren’t keen to celebrate this JR win and crack on with enfranchisement reform.

A desperately challenged Prime Minister just defeated the freeholder lobby, enemies of progress, in the High Court. They tried to thwart the will of the people - and lost! So why is his govt hiding the victory? Big props to @LBC for shining light through the media blackout.

After the $HHI.L dividend, my dividend income for 2025 is now higher than for the whole of 2024. I'll have a glass of red later to mark the milestone.

Just under £40 received from M&G $MNG.L in my ISA today. Something positive on an otherwise red day.
It's been a quiet week on the dividend front, so £50 landing from $AV.L today is much welcomed.

Decided to add small amounts to $SPYO.L, $QQQO.L and $GOOO.L from IncomeShares, to dip my toe in the very high yield waters. So far so good with dividends received yesterday.
I've added $JEQP.L and $JEIP.L to the higher yielding element of my dividend portfolio. I've some way to go before I get to full allocation in these.
