Don't get me wrong - budgets and timing are very important but become irrelevant if you end up with a dud.
I can't get over how many people care more about the deadline and budget than the product.
Modern day project management is an art. It's less about 'by the book' - more crafting a team and approach to meet the needs of a situation
A great PM helps the client deliver what they need as opposed to what they want. @ProjectTips
