Yesterday was one of those days where I did a 'real doctor' thing. Surreal. Just 4 years ago being a med student/F1 and thinking "anaesthetists are awesome, they put in central lines and do cool things at arrests" and suddenly that's you. Makes the slog worth it, just about.
