And I'm reporting the exact same problem to Amazon several years later (this is the NINTH time). Switching to a competitor does not work the same scam starts up if I switch.

More anticipatory stress response abuse. Delayed shipments for the exact same types of purchases its always exercise, reading or technology purchases. Then they damage the equipment. They've repeatedly stolen and damaged exercise equipment.
