I'm 37. Instead of regretting that I can't wake up age 18 again, I pretend to myself that I'm 90 and I've woken up age 37 again, and that I get to magically, wonderfully have the next 50 years again.
i regret to inform everyone that working out does in fact make you feel better
be bored more often. take a walk without phone, exercise without music, do the dishes without watching tv. let your mind be blank. ideas will pop up organically.

Made some edits to the Color Highlight package. Didn't get any response from the maintainer so its forked & published under "Color Highlight with decimals". Added support for decimals and the space-separated format used by shadcn tailwind. Hope it can help someone else :)

We are transitioning as a species from knowing to not knowing. This change is so jarring, so scary, so unimaginable that 99.9% of people try to solve it with their knowing. They fill the air with words of prediction, ideas and certainties.
