No power in parts of @PinewoodGreens8 Sector 108 Mohali since past 7 hours @PSPCLPb. @EmaarCares Mohali electrical staff is highly incompetent. @PSPCLPb need to take complete control over power distribution upto the end user, n not rely on Society for internal distribution.

1. For new 2KW residential connection @PSPCLPb concerned Phase 1 Mohali lady staff demanding copies of ALL pages of Registry+Possession Letter+signs on ALL pages of A&A form, submitted to her in a Folder. she refuses to accept my application, have visited twice. @pspclCOMPLAIN
2. No such documents mentioned on List of required documents for new connection on @PSPCLPb website, except A&A form, ID proof and Passport size photo. @PSPCLPb Why is your Phase 1 Mohali staff demanding my Registry and Possession Certificate, that too ALL pages? @pspclCOMPLAIN
3. Any thoughts @PSPCLPb ? Is your Phase 1 Mohali staff justified in demanding copies of ALL pages of my Registry/Sale deed + Possession Letter, to be attached to my new connection A&A application of 2 KW? She is not accepting my application without attaching above documents.
2/2 Residents' whose *load sanctions* 'on paper' are much lower, but their *actual usage* far higher, resulting in Grid Overload, should be identified, publicly named and penalised by @PSPCLPb as it affects all others who try to do the right thing. @pspclCOMPLAIN
