4 weeks in to running New Zealand. When I first started my body was nowhere near what I was used to it being able to do. Think I needed the first 1000km to warm up🤣 Feeling stronger day by day now though. Gonna give 100km a whack tomorrow to see what’s up. Time to step it up🫡

Looking for volunteers to try the newly updated Dynamic Running Therapy app. It can be done walking as well so not limited to runners. An interest in apps and wellness is essential. Please send me a message if this sounds like fun to you.
