1/2 15th Jan we were tasked to a vehicle taken by the tide on Chiswick Mall Aside from obvious drowning issues (luckily the owner was out before it was completely submerged) when the car is buoyant enough to float, it’s a danger to navigation, houseboats & other river...(cont.)
