The funny thing about the Clone Wars preceding the Galactic Civil War is that the general public must see the Rebellion as a successor to the Separatists of some sort, and there are probably homes with pictures of Count Dooku and Luke Skywalker on the wall
I want to take heart in the entire Ahsoka cast endorsing a Shin-Sabine ship but then I remember Oscar Isaac writing “fully endorse” on that Stormpilot sign before Finn and Poe went through a combined five hetero love interests.
