uugufhgh im so SCARED?????? and for WHAT?(((? 96 days clean n i want to relapse so bad just to make my body and brain shut up. i guess it’s good im noticing it? seeing the urge? knowing the source (regardless of how nonsensical)? it’s all so loud and heavy :/ ill tough it out.
