@ZARA I've been fobbed off to Zara home from Zara and then back to Zara from Zara home and nobody seems to be able to resolve my issue - my advent calender has a 10 in place of 23. Can we resolve this given the time sensitivity and needing this calendar as of 2 days ago????

As per your reply @ZARA_Care refund was processed on 7 nov but till date i have not received any money and you have been sending me msgs stating case is under review. It’s been more than 3 months where is my damn money.#zarahaters#hatezara#zarasucks#moneysuckercompany
