Hoy he ido a @ZARA, al ir a buscar un pantalón me he dirigido a un chico de los que trabajan ahí, le pido por un pantalón y me ha mirado con cara de desprecio y se ha dirigido a una de sus compañeras y me dice: le atenderá ella. Me atiende la chica, me trae lo que le pido y veo
@ZARA the customer service at Zara is absolutely shocking. I returned an item over 4 weeks ago. It appears this has gone missing. I have spoken with several “customer service advisors” spending literally hours of my time and have gotten nowhere. I just want a refund.
