Surprisingly one should go workout in some form when they have fever! It helps release all the bad toxins through sweat! #noexcuses


EGGS WHITES! Simple to make, SUPER effectv for weight loss!!! Protein at iTs BEST:)


NO magic where u eat junk n then a cup of green tea to balance it! Eat healthy & sip on 2-3 cups of green tea daily to clear the system.


Cooking not only increases your skills, but also helps you to understand what goes into the food you eat & make better choices!!! 🙇


A run in the park, the smell of fresh soil and grass. No indoor training can give you this feeling! #befitinside


Bored of the usual treadmill and cardio machines? Start running up steps !!! And rowing in the gym. Also, how about bootcamp training!! :D


WARM WATER! FIRST thing each morning! Preferably two glasses with lemon and some honey


Avoid oil in food. Instead take your daily intake through a handful of walnuts and almonds. Cashews and peanuts sometimes too but few!! #fat


Dont STOP drinking, limit it to one drink a day or an indulgence once in 10 days:-)


Fruits are GREAT! But limit to 3-4 a day. Natural YES, but they contain sugar!


Lean protein (chicken breast, fish,turkey,egg whites) during each meal not only fills you up but increases muscle strength!


Breakfast today!! - Roasted Watermelon seeds, oatmeal with yogurt and a fruit! Cannot miss the decaf cafe ;)
