It's been 17 days now and my app still won't work at airports for queue.. all support does is keep messaging me about how queue works... I CAN'T JOIN THE QUEUE because of your screwed up software. Understand that NOW?

That is because there really is no "real" support, it is just offshore humans with a phone set typing replies from a script.

Well still no working airport queue for us as @AskLyft said it was just a one time thing not to worry about.. it is an every time thing ... once again front of airport queue and I get out of queue calls. Refuse it and I get kicked offline and out of queue...
Well as everyone can see @dkhos or @Uber_Support still have no idea how to fix this... 9 days and counting....
