We had an outage on Business documentation sites due to a phishing attack that caused our domain to be suspended with 48 hours notice and breaking DNS resolution for all customer sites. We have deleted the malicious sites and are waiting for our domain to be reinstated.
We have been experiencing an attack for the past 2 days, which has been causing some 429 issues for some users. This is faking normal browser User-Agents, which is making it hard to block without also causing some captchas and rate limits for users. We're working to resolve it.

We had a production incident on Read the Docs Community that caused some builds and API requests to fail from 8am to 10am Pacific Time today. All issues are resolved, and builds should be happening normally again.
