My God the @FedEx web page is unbelievable bad. FedEx if you leave my purchases being delivered tomorrow we will have a problem!

I've sat here all afternoon waiting for @FedEx to deliver a very important package.. just for them to fake a delivery attempt & reschedule for tomorrow. Which means I will need to change my plans, just for them to probably pull this BS again. Of course their phone line is 0 help

@FedExEurope 7 jours. 7 jours que mon colis n'a pas bougé du local au mesnil amelot pour une livraison dite de "72h". Tous les matins le statut "Au bureau Fedex local" est rafraîchi mais rien de se passe. Pas de tentative de livraison, pas de notification, rien du tout

@FedExHelp why do I have to tweet at you to find out why your delivery person faked a delivery when someone was home to receive my package? Now I have to rearrange my already packed schedule just to get what should've been delivered today. #fedexsucks
