Why does rent go up in cities/areas when people from bigger cities move there? How is that justified? How does a developer know that this specific dwelling is going to somebody from outside the local area? It all just sounds like an excuse to rip of regular people. Idgi

I have a 1000-Piece collection of @kanyewest Inspired NFTs. To enter the NFT space I thought it would be appropriate to create a dedicated platform for it. I want to build with the community genuinely; promote and sell my pieces I worked hard on + be inspired by other artists.
Architects are some of the best visualisers of ideas. We can convey any complex idea in the most simplistic of ways and to a high graphical standard…. But there’s no demand for that skill in the profession it seems
Architecture in real life seems to be not only being told to colour within the lines, but exactly what thickness and colour those lines should be too… There’s gotta be something better out there
Mad it was my first day of uni today 6 years ago. We had to make a structure out of yarn, tape and paper that could hold a tennis ball and not fall over. Ours was the best, I stand by that till this day
