No. 🙄 The District Court’s interpretation of the statute is flawed, as is the test she applied in review. Her factual findings are the least of it.

Maybe this is flippant, but it seems about right. There’s no clear message or goal to these protests other than people are upset they lost the election, and I doubt there’s going to be much discussion of the protests past the weekend.
