Some vastly underrated early season NBA draft prospects based on last year: Markus Howard, Dejon Jarreau, Josh LeBlanc, Killian Tillie, Kaleb Wesson, Joe Wieskamp, Isaiah Joe, Tyrese Haliburton, Obi Toppin, George Conditt IV, Aaron Nesmith, Tristan Clark, Davide Moretti

Brunson is an incredible player but one of the downsides of him being your #1 is that he doesn't do a great job creating for players like Bridges / OG

Deion proving he gets far too much hate at Colorado. Even last season was a marked improvement in year 1. This year they are taking it to another level #SkoBuffs

I'm not sure that Jabari Smith will keep up his shooting numbers but if he does I think ppl are underrating the fact that he's a historic shooting prospect for his size + age. A full year younger than Chet...

Ron Harper Jr. has a very good chance of sticking in the NBA imo. -offensive game fits the NBA well -switchable defender (can guard 3-4 positions?) -NBA bloodlines (important with the # of sons of NBA players that have been under-drafted lately)

2022 Guys I'm High on: Jabari Smith Johnny Davis Chet Kendall Brown 2022 Guys I'm Low on: Jaden Hardy Jalen Duren Paolo Banchero (still have him as easy top 3 tho) Max Christie

Not sure how far from consensus this is, but would not be surprised at all if Jabari Smith goes #1

Duarte is older than Brandon Ingram...

Why take Bouknight when you can just take Josh Christopher like 20-30 picks later

Finished writing some thoughts along with my big board pre-draft. thedraftreport.blogspot.com/2021/07/nba-dr…

Some draft fits I love: Wagner to the Pelicans, Mobley to the Cavs, Sengun anywhere lol

The Booker and Ayton hype was a bit premature...

It's silly to debate whether Giannis or LeBron had the best block in playoff history. They were both great, but every real basketball fan knows the best was Alperen Sengun's clutch chasedown block in round 1 of the Turkish League playoffs: youtu.be/LnnU1bzYj_k?t=…

Is a player being on a rookie deal really all that valuable if the player doesn't become good for at least 3-4 years? (i.e. Wiseman if he eventually improves enough)

Lol what... Ayton as a rookie was so much better than Wiseman. Not even comparable
