You've probably heard of this a lot in this community. What we mean is really *anything* that drives you! Values can be an internal guides for what is most important to you. Treatment for OCD & Anxiety is notoriously difficult. Our values are what keep us motivated!
The overwhelming fatigue of anxiety when you want so badly to get something done (so you no longer have to worry about it). But are too afraid of making a mistake or doing it wrong. So you get caught in an irritating and slow cycle of avoidance. Yeah, it’s annoying.
