You can tell the difference between a team with players that play for each other and one with players who play for themselves. The energy is totally different!
In basketball, I will always prefer great teams with great team chemistry over teams that have great individual talent and no chemistry.
I'm so happy to see so many of the young ladies that I have been around for years signing to play at the next level! No matter what school or division you sign to, be proud of your accomplishments!
First home game for @sanai_thomas this season. The team improved greatly from the first game and fought hard in a tough loss. Sanai is gaining more confidence in her knee and it's showing with her scrappy play on the court!
Sophomore season for @TreyThomas2024 has begun. Proud of his growth! The kid gets up before school to put in work whenever a gym is available and continues to improve. His time is coming! #heartoverheight
So blessed to see @sanai_thomas back on the court again! Still working her way back from her ACL tear, she decided to play on the JV team and get stronger instead of red shirting. Dropped 17 on Friday against Columbia State. Although her team lost, I saw her smile again.

Steph's trainer says they consider non-swishes as missed shots in his workouts 🤯 They use a technology to track the ball's movement, arc, and how deep it went into the rim.
Young men out there please believe me when I tell you the recruiting game has changed tremendously for Everybody! Playing the wait and see game as recruits is over because of the portal. Highschool athletes if you like it u better commit to it because the portal is free agency!

Another L for Team USA Men’s Basketball!!! At one point, they were down by 2 and shot 3 or 4 three pointers in a row@and nobody thought to drive it to the basket. Too much settling for 3 pointers and iso basketball.
