1 Thessalonians 1:7 (CSB) As a result, you became an example to all the believers in Macedonia and Achaia. Focus on a phrase: “you became an example to all the believers in...” For them, there was a location. For me there is a location. Could others say the same concerning me?

Taking time to meditate this morning on this verse. Do I tremble at God’s Word? Isaiah 66:2 (ESV) ...this is the one to whom I will look: he who is humble and contrite in spirit and trembles at my word.
I have read much from Isaiah this morning. This verse declares the joy of my heart. Isaiah 61:10 (ESV) I will greatly rejoice in the LORD; my soul shall exult in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation; he has covered me with the robe of righteousness...
