Even in gamedev, I literally never care what engine someone is using. In-house engine? Ok great. Open source engine? Ok great. Paid Engine? Ok great. You wrote the game on a napkin then compiled it on punch cards? Ok that is pretty cool, what size paper stock were the cards?
