@AirCanada I was given a promo code as part of goodwill from Air Canada but promo code does not work.I could connect with customer care agent after waiting in queue for an hour but customer care agent could not help either. I have reverted to the email sender but no response yet.
What an absolute shambles @British_Airways! 2 trips since #covid & both terrible - all flights cancelled & rebooked, online WiFi ordering is a joke, 40mins+ wait, awful selection and then you run out of everything. The POOR cabin staff!! #ryanair currently 10x better & 1/4 price!

Anyone else had their @easyJet @BEasyjet flight voucher extended by 6 months?! I don’t want it extended, I want my money back as I should have requested the voucher in writing and been given the option of a cash refund!
They didn’t offer refunds in the summer either!

@British_Airways I have received a voucher from you for my trip which was cancelled in April, we have just tried to rebook for next year and the trip has doubled in price!!! This is disgusting & I would like to speak to someone about getting my money back ASAP! 😫
Same thing they are doing with me since March 11th. I have received a thank you note for more that 11 times and still counting.
@easyJet Hello! My flights were cancelled and a refund requested 6 weeks ago (see photo for details). I understand you’re under pressure but it said 28 days at the time and my flights were at the very beginning of lockdown and cancellations. How much longer please?

I’m still waiting for the refund. This is indeed a busy time for all of you, but everytime I contact you guys I am being told that it’s still pending. It’s been 30 days.
@KLM my flight has just been cancelled and if i want similar route and to fly with klm it will cost me upwards of 1000$ how can that be fair at all?
