its seems if you forget to kill 'npm run dev', it keeps the system awake even if the macbook lid is closed. post 9pm onwards, the battery drained significantly 45% to 19% (wifi & bluetooth off) Set up a script to auto-kill it on sleep for macos (next post) 💤 Battery saved.

I wonder whether bank, credit card,etc transactions are already being used by health insurance companies to assess risk/premium based on lifestyle choices. Lucrative food discounts on cards align with this. Why are discounts not on healthy lifestyle choices, like fitness, etc.
