"People who are registered to vote" is a subset of "People who have been granted a RealID" where the filter becomes "People who showed a birth certificate to get the RealID" instead of "People who checked a box on the form"
WRONG. You will only have to produce extra documentation if your State refuses to use the exact same system they already use for REAL IDs. The exemption is literally the next paragraph after where you lying fucks crop your screenshots every time.
SAVE Act would change basically nothing today, but it would prevent future non-citizens from registering to vote. SAVE America act is kinda overreachy. Like ~24 states would have to integrate a DHS system with voting. The rest already did. Neither bill disenfranchises anybody.
