day one of following my nutrition’s diet haha she told me not to count calories and i’m not supposed to weight myself until our next appointment but that ain’t happening dear💜
good news is.. i called a nutritionist today and i have a checkup in february so we can start working together, she’s treated lots of patients with pcos before so hopefully she’ll be of some help
