.@westelm has charged me more than $1,500 for no reason. I now have to fight with my credit card to get this fraud reversed. My last order with @westelm was on December 2, 2019 for $1269.94. 2 charges (one for $1369, another $224.18) appeared in Feb 2020. What the...?


My last purchase with @westelm was Dec 7. Yesterday my credit card (on file with you) was charged over $200 by @westelm, the day before $1500. I didn't make these purchases and had to cancel my card. Tried calling you and no agents available. These were web purchases. Not cool.
