Lakhs of deserving students are being punished every year for the "crime" of being born in a so-called forward caste. No matter how talented or hardworking they are, the system is rigged against us.
How is it fair that a student scoring almost half of what a general category student scores gets the same seat, the same college, the same branch? This isn’t social justice — this is systematic discrimination.
But if you belong to the ST category, you're eligible with just 47.9 marks. Same exam. Same syllabus. Same competition. But different cutoffs. Different rules. Different realities.

आरक्षण में भी एक न्यूनतम पात्रता होनी चाहिए ताकि जो योग्य है वही उस पद पर पहुंचे। वरना 20% वाला सेलेक्ट हो जाता है और 80% वाला घर पर बैठा रहता है । आरक्षण को बढ़ाने की बजाय इसमें सुधारो की कवायद हमे करनी चाहिए।
आरक्षण एक परिवार से सिर्फ एक को ही मिलना चाहिए या फिर लाइफ टाइम एक बार कभी भी आरक्षण का फायदा ले लो इससे जो वंचित लोग है उन्हे भी फायदा मिल जायेगा । आप अगर देखोगे तो हर गांव शहर में कुछ परिवार ही इसका फायदा उठाते है ।
आरक्षण ; जरूरतमंद को आरक्षण का फायदा न कभी मिला है न ही निकट भविष्य में मिलने की संभावना नजर आ रही है । अनुसूचित जनजाति /अनुसूचित जाति /अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग में आरक्षण का फायदा वो ही लोग उठा रहे है जो पहले से संपन है । आरक्षण का जो मूल उद्देश्य था वो कभी पूरा नहीं हुआ है ।
