Alpha Elite Academy is the real deal. Here are my observations from the first night. 1. Coaching culture - positive reinforcement, encouragement, constructive feedback. Just what young kids need as they are developing their self image, self worth and values as well as skills.
2. Training techniques- demonstrate 3x, repetitive practice, coach’s observe and correct techniques, then practice 3x.
3. Ratio of coaches to students 1:6. These coaches get on the mat and teach. Constantly reinforcing the basic steps of successful execution in a constructive and empowering way. That’s how champions are built.
4. Parents - comfortable observation area. Treadmills, rowing stations and elliptical machines to use while you wait! Gratis! What a great idea!
