Perspective: A Blizzard Warning is for 35+ mph winds + 1/4 mi visibilities from snow (or blowing snow), for 3+ hrs. At #BUF, we expect blizzard conditions for ~30 hrs, with peak winds ~70 mph. Don't focus on snow totals. Power outages + stranded cold travelers are higher impacts.
