Awful. My brother hit his face on the car door. I think about that every time I open the car door and every time I pass a parked car. Drivers regularly open their doors on me when I’m cycling. I make a big thing of passing wide when teaching kids.

I completely agree with @RozFoyer. Scotland's buses need nationalised! Lothian Buses are the prime example of the success it can have. Parliament has provided the legislation for Councils to take buses into public ownership, now it must help with the starting costs.
