Junction 51 got a mention in the Darlington & Stockton Times this week. Just washing some WLP002 ready for the next batch...coming soon.
3bbl of Junction 51 is now in the chiller. Huge thanks to Dave at Wall's Brewery (@wallsbrewery) for allowing me to brew in his brewery.
3bbl of Junction 51 now fermenting nicely. Should be in the cask on Thursday and available for sale from Wall's Brewery in early August.
Anyone need an experienced qualified accountant to assist in their brewing business? I need a job.
Everything now in place to brew 5bbl of the award-winning Junction 51 this Saturday. My yeast starter (WLP002) is doing well. Can't wait.

New batch of First Cut has dropped to 1.0103...all done except for WLP002's diacetyl rest. Will start to chill this down to 3C tomorrow.
