Could be like pattens in UK, to life above mud/dust? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patten_(s….
Terrific (hard) work Gill and colleagues
Very excited to be #AAIC24 and preparing to launch #Lancetdementiacommission2024 tomorrow with @HelenFrankish @atsommerlad @Naaheed_Mukadam @LonSchneiderMD #kokoroshirai #geirselbaek. Come and hear about our findings on 31st at 4.15pm Hall A and pick up the paper.
Spot on @swoolnough 👇👏👏👏👏👏
Anyone interviewing or being interviewed should first be legally obliged to declare any interest they have in the matters discussed before the interview starts. If it turns out they missed anything, similar to the Nolan Principles, legal consequences should occur?
Anyone who work in media should declare their membership or affiliations to any political parties - that is one law I want introducing.
Excellent insights into primary care, see 3rd from last para but I declare a small COI!

Essential insight into England's biggest health economy, by HSJ bureau chief Ben Clover.
Appalling treatment. She is an excellent PH Dr and person and I realised just how bad things were when I heard this.
Prof Doyle (of PHE) tells Covid inquiry she was told not to do interviews without sign off from Hancock when, in Jan 2020, she told the press there could be Covid cases in the UK, that it was not clear whether asymptomatic infection could occur, and vaccines could take 6 months
Enjoy your retirement. You deserve it!!

Lovely. I see it from loch Ewe. Never walked up it.
It’s all so wonderfully unpredictable as there was quite a nice little aurora last night close to Gairloch
With #StormBabet approaching, I've just taken the chance to check up on #Solar #Sunspot activity. There's a few but the only reports are of off target flares so no aurora expected soon @StormHour @ThePhotoHour @MoonHourSocial #SunHour
Have a great conference!!
The nhs, like local authorities, has a constant tension between National and local interests At present both are too centralised so inequalities occur far too easily. Good to record this to show change is needed.
It's a beautiful loch with beautiful mountains!
No sound more relaxing than the gentle lapping of the ocean against the shore 🏴
I have used hearing aids for 10 years I've grown to live with them & now consider they are brilliant Free NHS ones It takes time to get used to them See Lancet article link Strong dementia links with deafness so get tested & persevere if you need them thelancet.com/journals/lanpu…
The river strikes back
