This motion defending the rights of trans and intersex people and condemning the Supreme Court's ruling on the definition of a woman was passed at Saturday's @BMAResidents Conference - thank you to these residents. The EHRC guidance arising from this ruling is deeply problematic.

UK public, look at how many of you agree with their proposals, as well as how many doctors. Despite overwhelming disagreement, the GMC proceeds anyway. Because ultimately, they don't seem to care. It's a terrible legacy to leave.

I always like these messages after writing about the two-child benefit limit, as if I’ve personally got 23 children I’m secretly trying to make the taxpayer feed. My personal “lifestyle choice” is: if you see children going hungry because of a policy, campaign to end the policy.
What don't you get about not having the money,have as many children that you can afford, don't expect the taxpayer to subsidise your life choices.
